He was very patient and kept her informed throughout the entire process. When the watch arrived, he made the occasion a very special event. He even helped her with the next watch she will add to her collection. We both highly recommend Jacob for exceptional customer service.

- FFfbrown1056Jul 2, 20265.050th wedding anniversary, wife and i wanted to take our original wedding ring ( we upgraded years ago) and create a custom necklace with the diamonds. Sara Miller helped us during this process. She worked with my wife and me on design of the custom piece. It took three or four visits to finally come up with a design that we liked. Sara never got frustrated or annoyed with our questions and changes. She communicated with the fabricator and accurately relayed our wishes for the necklace. Sara is a saint and truly is the reason that the process went smooth. We picked the necklace up today and it was perfect and came in less than estimated. Lee Michaels is lucky to have her and highly recommend you ask for her if you are looking for something special. She is great.
