He asked if he could help me and escorted me to the counter while he retrieved an associate who was able to help us both. They told me the repair person could not complete my repairs on my ring due to him going on vacation, I retrieved my ring but I left my bracelet to be repaired when he return. The young man was courteous and friendly, took the order, gave me my receipt and I left. His helper informed me I can possibly get ring done at the mall location and I went immediately. I was also greeted when I came in The gentleman looked at it, then informed me he was taking it in the back also to check if could be done sooner. He returned and told me the repair man said I could wear it for about six month and bring it back to be checked out again. It was cleaned and I left in about 15 minutes. They were timely and very nice as well. Thanks for asking.
