  I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this location. I have ordered from Edible Arrangement locations in Texas for years and have never experienced customer service this terrible. I paid $90 yesterday for a 1-hour express delivery arrangement sent to my brother’s work (which is maybe 10 minutes away from this stores location). After placing my order around 1:50pm and seeing that no progress was being made as the 1-hour window was passing, I called the store, no answer. I called them 6 times yesterday and no one answered. Around 6:30pm I got a call from an uber driver who was attempting to deliver the arrangement who was also confused as to why the delivery was this late, because obviously at 6:30pm most business offices are closed. No one was there. This was also weird because I placed the order directly through edible arrangements, not uber. I have only been delivered to directly by edible arrangements delivery service. Not to mention the extra money I spent for 1 hour delivery just for them to deliver it 4 and a half hours later, all while avoiding contact with me. So not only was my time and money wasted, but the uber driver attempting delivery as well. I also called customer service yesterday and today, also no answer there. I called the store location today, no answer. I submitted a help request through edible arrangements website, but I am not sure where to go from here. I cannot get anyone to speak with me about a refund.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Edible Arrangements. I placed an order in the store on Saturday for Sunday delivery for my wife’s birthday. The posted business hours clearly stated that the location would be open Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, so I had every reason to believe my order would be handled as promised. Unfortunately, when Sunday came around, the location was closed. This completely ruined my plans for my wife’s birthday and left me scrambling at the last minute to find another option. I contacted customer service on Sunday to try to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, because I had placed and paid for the order in the store, customer service told me they were unable to issue me a refund or move the order to a corporate location that was open and could fulfill it. So not only was the location closed despite its posted hours, but I was also left with very limited options to fix the problem. I understand that unexpected circumstances can happen, but if a business accepts an order for a specific date—especially something as important and time-sensitive as a birthday—customers should be able to rely on that order being fulfilled. If the location was going to be closed, there should have been communication with customers and the business hours should have been updated. A birthday arrangement isn't something you can simply deliver a day late and expect the same experience. I expected much better communication, customer service, and reliability from Edible Arrangements. Very disappointing experience, especially on what was supposed to be a special day for my wife.

  I live out of state and placed an order for a friend and her sister who lossed their older brother. They received the wrong order, with a happy birthday auntie card. I have tried getting in touch with a manager and have yet to be able to get in contact. I wish I could leave a zero star review. Such an absolute joke of a mix up and for it to still not be resolved two days after happening is unacceptable. And I can’t even go there to rectify the situation in person because again I am out of state.
