- ARArwen Robinson1 day ago1.0TLDR: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE oh my god. first, i genuinely never leave reviews. however, i have never had a worse experience with a business in my entire life. this is coming from someone who has worked in customer and food service, and i really try to be as empathetic as i can bc i know its a hard job. but this place? SUCKS. 1. i pay $15 for 1 hour delivery at 11am 2. they don’t answer a single call, and it hits 2pm and i still don’t have a response 3. called at least 15 times and left 3 messages. phone was never answered and i never received a call back. 4. i had to HUNT to find the corporate customer service number, which was of some help. we will see if i get my refund or not. 5. order FINALLY delivered at 4:33 pm. let’s remember: paid for 1hr delivery at 11am. it was delivered after 4. 6. the entire order wasnt even delivered. i order the chocolate strawberry box that comes with flowers. hey! no flowers delivered. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! DO NOT RISK IT! THEY SUCK EGGS!
