- MCMike ChildressJul 10, 20261.0I will never shop at DXL again. The store manager was rude, the store rarely has anything in stock, and it always seems messy and unorganized. As a bigger guy, it’s already hard enough to find clothes that fit well. When you finally find a store that’s supposed to cater to you, the last thing you expect is to be treated like you don’t matter. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect. I truly hope DXL takes customer feedback seriously and addresses the management issues at this location, because no one should leave feeling unwelcome after simply trying to shop.
