- BPBrianna Pearson5 days ago1.0I don’t support businesses that falsely accuse different races of stealing out of the store . Wrong and disrespectful. People should be treated better.
- TCTylisha Carter6 days ago1.00/10 on April 25,2026 , I falsely accused of stealing pumas that I walked in wearing on my feet . Employees called the cops on me who were trying to arrest me for this false accusation. This entire experience was really humiliating, frightening , and emotionally distressing. At that point, the employee claimed they reviewed the cameras and that the footage supposedly showed me entering the store with sandals on. If the responding officer had not taken the time to actually listen to me, the situation could have ended much worse. I could have been detained or physically injured which is especially concerning because I currently have a tube in my stomach. I filed complaints with both the Mall of Louisiana and DSW corporate. So far, nothing meaningful has been done. Being falsely accused of theft and publicly humiliated is not something that should simply be brushed aside with a $200 gift card.
