  So today I don't normally go shopping like talking about. But I was shopping with my friend is city trends on starring lane and I'm not sure what type of woman or business that won't post a sign that says they don't have a public restroom. Right? There's no sign, obviously as you can see, but Ms. Rochelle decided the store manager would not let me use the bathroom, and I was literally about to peep you on myself. Now, granted the guy who was mr dontrell was wonderful.He's like, I believe the assistant manager or something.And he was awesome.He was great.He was, I know he would have.Let me use the bathroom, but obviously his store manager Rochelle was there.And so she wasn't going to let me, but how do you have a store that you expect people to come shop in?And because someone doesn't want to clean restrooms.You can lock the door and choose who you let in.But who doesn't let another female potty like?I'm forty two years old, i've gave birth to 3 children, and I find it rather, disturbing to say the least, and then put up a sign that says, you don't have a public rush room. So that way, the public knows that hey look why you're shopping here you can't potty and dontrell i appreciate you.You were more than professional and helpful.So thank you.You actually had me enjoy my little shop.Appreciate you even though I had to go next door to p p

  Went in today about 10:30am the manager greeted me in a very dry manner. I just bought coffee from seven brew down the street didn’t know they had a policy about not having drinks in the store, Which wasn’t an issue? The issue was how ugly and nasty she was about it. I mean I was just five steps into the store and she told me you can’t have drinks in here and stared me down until I turned around and left out the store. It’s never about the company policy, it’s about how you conduct yourself in a professional environment. It was no reason she had to be ugly about it and it really wasn’t that serious, I did nothing to her. After this, I decided not to go back into the store and I drove all the way to Florida Blvd. Cititrends location where I was greeted nicely and it was very welcoming over there and worth the drive.

  Terrible service!!! Ms. Keisha had a terrible attitude and the white lady was acting as if she was afraid to help me after Keisha's performance. If you want decent service, go somewhere else!!!
