Thank you for doing such a great job for my aunt's funeral last week - the casket spray looked exactly like something that she would have loved. The standing spray that we sent was exactly what I wanted - huge, colorful & happy. I am happy to have found my BR florist!

Billy Heroman's is my go-to for any occasion and any floral arrangements. I had a same-morning delivery for a funeral service, and they still made the delivery on time for the service! They are always responsive, and the quality is always there.

I had a wonderful experience with their customer service! They are friendly, responsive, and make sure orders are handled and delivered in a timely manner. If no one is available to receive the order, they will reach out to you directly to ask how you would like them to proceed. They don’t simply leave the flowers on the porch where they could potentially be stolen. Tim and Nadi were especially great when I spoke with them. They both were friendly, helpful, and made the entire process easy. I also really appreciated receiving a confirmation once the flowers have been delivered. Excellent customer service from start to finish! I would definitely recommend them!
