I haven’t done any business yet with ya’ll but I may be in the near future. My question has to do with one of the reviews I was reading that had been previously given. The review about the +3% credit card fee. I hope I don’t mean to sound disrespectful to your company at all.. that’s not my reasoning. I can completely understand why costs have to be raised due to uncontrollable outside factors. I think my question is that if the +3% credit card fee is already calculated in the selling price vs a selling price + 3% fee giving the customer the total cost, why is it that ya’ll even let it be known that there is a +3% credit card fee. It almost seems like the itemizing with this +3% fee. For example, if the cost of a TV goes up due to an increase spike in shipping. That kind of thing is never disclosed to the customer, even though it may increase the total cost. Why mention the +3% fee if it’s already calculated in the total cost. And I’m curious to know when banks started doing this, and if there was ever any reason explained to yall, as to why all credit card charges now require an additional fee of +3%. Did y’all ever ask why? If so, did they ever give a sufficient, sensible answer as to why? Does your company agree with this added fee? Again, this is with all due respect to your pawn shop. All shops are most likely doing the same today, which to me, would obviously seem like it helps neither party: the consumer or the seller. Where does that +3% go? How do we know that is where it goes, etc? What are the main reasons for it? Because to me it sounds a lot more like some corrupt bs, excuse my language. Your thoughts?

I purchased from this business to replace a sentimental item lost. Their description of the watch and its condition was incredibly conservative. Their site said “very good”. It was almost new. They were absolutely amazing to deal with.

Sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. Four stars instead of five because of a 3% charge to use my card. I feel it should be like some other stores and charge the 3% fee for smaller purchases under a certain amount, but wave it for larger purchases like mine🙁. Just my honest opinion!
