  Absolutely LOVE & adore Windsor. Its a bit expensive but the clothes LASTTTT. I always shop their $10 sale! It's so worth it. I drive from Indiana 2-3x a year just for them!! Stop in, check the sale rack, and rack up! The workers are always pleasant and helpful. So its a win win 💕

  I’m giving a 5 star due to a girl named Rocio who works there. She was so sweet and friendly, very helpful and patient as I was shopping for some vacation attire. She didn’t rush me to get out as they were closing.

  It seems treating black women with any kind of decency and respect is a forgien concept to this company and brand and it shows, not just in the actions but also, seemingly in the reviews. Had I read the online reviews BEFORE going in, I would have reconsidered, but I was in a rush and I needed something for work. Nothing too serious, just a simple skirt and white top I could throw on with this new blazer I found. As soon as I step inside though, I am rushed by some random asian girl and asked a ton of questions. I get being greeted but being interrogated after I said "I'm just looking", isn't really the best policy for a place that is already teaming with racist allegations. Then, when I find what I am looking for, I am again, pressed with more questions and literally hovered over the entire time. I ask "What do you want?" And she sneers me at. So, I just put the skirt and shirt down, have to raise my hands above my head and walk out. I wouldn't have even taken it that way if, when I said the firat time I was "just looking" and I am instead followed so aggressively, that I can hear you shoes clap clomp behind me, girl, what else am I supposed to think? Not to mention, your attention was all on me and NOT on the two string bean white girls who were LITERALLY STEALING right in front of you, but I was your target?! I don't work in retail, but even I know theft when I see it. Just say you don't want black people in your store and be done with it and other young black girls and black women, should stay away from stores that treat you like you've already done wrong. Times are too hard out here to be spoken down to, followed, and looked down upon just for trying to get in, buy a couple of things, and leave.

  I was in store last week shopping with my daughter for her prom accessories. We were helped by Brooke who was very funny and kind. She made us feel so welcome and never forgot to check in with us despite helping multiple people and we were in the store while it was really busy! However, when we went to check out, their manager was engaged in a very disappointing conversation with another woman of color. I heard the customer be called out of her name repeatedly, and threatened physically. It would be beneficial if the team were trained in de-escalation tactics, because this could’ve become dangerous for everyone involved and around. It seemed that multiple people attempted to step in and intervene and the manager wouldn’t allow it. Very disappointing to witness in an environment my child and I frequent.
