The " General Manager " as he kept calling himself as he talked over her again and again and basically treating her very poorly, he was very arrogant, I witnessed the whole conversation and again and again he kept belittling and basically being very rude. One would be wise NOT to purchase anything beyond a pair of socks from this establishment, because if you need to return it even with a receipt and it's a factory faulty product,YOU WILL BE MET WITH RESISTANCE AND HOSTILITY FROM THE GET GO!!!!!

The store refunded our original purchase and allowed us to repurchase the kayaks at the sale price. 🙌🏻 We were refunded the $150! That’s how you do good business! Thank you Dunham’s of Somerset!
