- GLGarett LeachAug 5, 20261.0I travelled over an hour here on my day off, to buy a couple pairs of sunglasses since I’ve never owned Oakley’s before. I’ve been here once to look a year ago and it was a great store to shop around in. I made sure the store was open online and on the map app. As I excitedly arrived from my long trip I walk up to the door to find that it is closed due to being short staffed. I was so disappointed to find that I wasted precious time and gas to make it here after checking if they were open. I feel sorry for the staff because this is probably a management issue, so I understand they’re also frustrated as well. I just wish I could’ve gone home with a pair of oakleys after being so excited for them.

- OVOscar Del ValleMay 7, 20261.0I came into this Oakley store and bought a brand-new pair of Flak XXL 2.0s, along with polarized lenses. I own other pairs of Oakleys and have bought a few online, but Mason, who helped me, started off friendly. However, he messed up my order by shipping the lenses to the store instead of directly to my home, which was a minor inconvenience. But the real problem came today when I went to replace my frames with the new polarized lenses. I noticed my glasses are all chewed up—the logos and the arms around them are dented and chipped because he used a small flathead screwdriver to pry out the logos and swap them. It was a horrible installation job. I’ve already reached out to the store and also notified the manager. While the lenses were sorted quickly, I can't recommend working with Mason at this location. Two stars for this experience.
