- KAKristina ArnoldSep 6, 20265.0Very helpful and friendly workers!
- BCBrittney CrockettAug 29, 20265.0I visited Lane Bryant today, and I have to take a moment to recognize a truly wonderful employee named Maddie. From the moment I walked in, Maddie’s welcome was warm, genuine, and inviting. She let me know about the sale and asked how she could help. I was looking for bras, and she was more than happy to jump right in and help me find what I needed. She immediately asked if I would like to be sized, and I told her I felt like I probably did. Unfortunately, the store didn’t have my size, but that didn’t stop Maddie. She was happy to look online for me. She asked the right questions, listened to what I was looking for, and before long we had narrowed down some great options. Maddie was even able to get me the sale price online and have everything shipped directly to my house. At checkout, she was patient, helpful, and genuinely funny, which made the whole experience feel so easy and enjoyable. I didn’t walk out of the store with my purchases today, but I left feeling completely taken care of—and I’m actually excited to receive my bras next week! And as if all of that wasn’t enough, when we were leaving, Maddie was also able to recommend somewhere for us to eat. She went above and beyond in a way that you just don’t see very often anymore. Maddie is a rare find in retail. She has a wonderful attitude, she listens, she genuinely wants to help, and she made me feel like a person rather than just another customer. Lane Bryant, you have something special in Maddie. I hope she knows how much her kindness and effort are appreciated, and I hope someone in management sees this review and gives her the recognition she deserves. Thank you again, Maddie, for making my shopping trip such a great experience! ❤️
