  This place is awful the short blonde girl I think someone call her Jessica she is rude and doesn’t care about ppl at all! I had to calm down before posting! I will never set foot in that store again I waited 20 minutes to get for her to be rude about what I bring in didn’t want to give me nothing without even looking oh because I wasn’t buying anything I’m sorry this is not very professional

  The only helpful and joyful worker was a little blonde girl named ali. She was polite and friendly. She is the only reason i’m giving three stars; if not for her it would be a zero star review. The other girls working were very rude, somber, and unhelpful. I had to ask two workers before ali for help. They dismissed my questions and were very passive aggressive. They acted like I was a nuisance. They definitely need to work on their customer service.

  Don’t get me wrong, I love shopping here for cheap clothes, however, this might be the last time I sell. After waiting 3 hours, I’m told 7 items for $30. didn’t seem bad until I realized that included the Doc Martins. I asked and she said she’s giving me $16 for them. As if retail price isn’t nearly $200. Anyways, all the employees seemed over it and in a bad so I didn’t push it. But after years of shopping and selling here, the continuous disappointment gets tiring. Do better Plato’s.
