  ​I can’t say enough good things about Michael and the team at Michelson Jewelers. Michael is such a great person and always takes care of my jewelry needs. Last Christmas, I brought in a sentimental project: resetting my grandma's illusion solitaire ring into a necklace, using a reference photo I provided. I asked them to chop a longer chain into a 16" necklace for the diamond and turn the rest into a bracelet. ​Even during the holiday rush, they finished it that same week. They even kept and re-tipped the original illusion-set head to preserve as much of my grandma's ring as possible. They did all of this for less than what other shops quoted for just the necklace—so I got a bonus bracelet and saved money. Every experience here is like that. They’ve done quick in-house fixes while I waited and re-rhodiumed my rings in just a few days. They are reasonably priced, super kind, and keep everything in-house. 10/10 recommend!

  Wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable staff!! We have been buying jewelry at Michelson's for over 31 years. We appreciate the time they take with each customer to find the right fit for your ideas, wants, and budget!! They have us as customers for life!

  Customer service is terrible. I and other family members and friends dread going into this store to have six month checks on our diamonds that we purchased here because of how we are treated. When you enter the store, if you are dressed casually, no one speaks to you. I went in to the store yesterday and multiple staff were present. Not one person spoke or asked to help me. While I was waiting on my ring to be checked I spent time trying to decide what to suggest to my husband to get me for my birthday. No one came to assist me. My husband has spent thousands of dollars in this store but I will be telling him to go elsewhere for future purchases. I have spoken to many people who feel the same way. This buisness needs to realize that just because someone walks in, in casual clothes because they are off from work does not mean that they do not have worth and it does not mean they do not have money. This has been going on for years and it is no longer worth walking in this store when there are plenty of other businesses in this community who will gladly accept my buisness, whether I am dressed casually or not.

  They took the time to show me what I was looking for. They didn't try to rush me out the door like other jewelry stores. Micheal was a great salesperson.

  I had a ring repair done and they were magnificent! I lost a diamond and it had to be replaced. So helpful and it was actually affordable. My ring turned out beautiful.
