In our experience the staff were not just looking to force a sale, they really wanted us to be happy with what we were choosing. They had great recommendations and listened. Jackson thought it was his place to then interrupt the conversation that Magan and I were having. When I asked for his name he thought it was more appropriate to tell me to leave a poor Google review on him instead of actually Understanding where he was out of line in the middle of a conversation between a customer and a manager. So I took Jackson’s advice and decided to leave a one star review since that was what he requested for me to do today. I suggest that you all find associates with a little bit more professionalism and regards for your customers.

I then called Sunglass Hut corporate, left an inquiry, was told I'd receive a response in 24 hours, and received nothing. I would be hard-pressed to ever try to shop here again.
