  I just had the most incredible experience with the dream team,Kandace, Katlin and Emily! They were all so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the diamonds. I was interested in and what I needed to have repaired. Their customer service was so phenomenal. I will certainly be back when I’m ready to shop for more diamonds and have another repair.! Loving the girl power!

This is the ultimate destination for all your jewelry needs.I recently visited to find a milestone 30th-anniversary gift for my wife, and the service I received from start to finish completely blew me away. From the moment I walked in, Mr. Toby Terry greeted me with a warm, genuine welcome. After I explained the deep significance of this anniversary, he immediately put my mind at ease. Toby is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and a true professional in his craft.We spent about two hours collaborating, designing, and bringing a custom ring to life. I knew right then and there that my wife would absolutely love it—and her reaction proved me right. She was completely thrilled!What makes this establishment truly special is the team environment. Other representatives stepped in with brilliant, supportive advice, making the entire design process feel like a celebrated group effort.They have officially earned a customer for life. This is now my absolute go-to jewelry store. Do yourself a favor, go check them out, and see the excellence for yourself

  They have a great inventory to look through and the salesmen and women are very knowledgeable about jewelry design and their products. We were assisted by Kandice and Zach who were both phenomenal. Kandice in particular spent an incredible amount of time with us and made sure that every important detail was accounted for. Very glad we’ve decided to purchase our engagement/wedding rings through Shane Co.

  We had the absolute best experience at Shane Co.! Dania and Candice were amazing from start to finish and made the entire process so special. They helped my fiancé find the perfect ring and made sure every detail was exactly what we wanted. They were so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel taken care of throughout the whole experience. I couldn’t be happier with my ring or the service we received. I truly can’t recommend Dania, Candice, and Shane Co. enough!

  Manager Matt and his team are truly an asset to the company who deserve more than a five star review! From my first meeting with Matt, I could tell he was a kind, patient, and experienced professional who genuinely took the time to understand exactly what I was envisioning. He helped me find beautiful sapphires and diamonds to make pendants and earrings I had always dreamed of. Due to Matt’s keen eye for beauty and understanding of what I was looking for, he was able to pick out stunning stones that fit exactly what I had in mind. When I wanted another sapphire to replace the center stone of my moms’s heirloom diamond ring, he searched through the entire inventory to find the perfect one and transferred it to his store for me to view in person. Throughout the entire process of selecting stones, ordering parts, to crafting and servicing my pieces, Matt always kept me informed and provided me with exceptional service. I never felt rushed at all, and never felt pressured into making a purchase either. In addition, whenever I had any questions or concerns, I always received quick and thorough replies to my emails, and if I was ever unsatisfied with a purchase, he was always sure to make it right. I would also like to commend Matt’s assistant Amanda, who provided excellent customer service to me whenever Matt was unavailable, as well as jewelers Jessie, Emily, and Lorri, who worked on my shop orders. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend the Louisville Shane Co store for all your jewelry needs.
