    I can’t say enough good things about our experience with David the other day. My partner took me in the other day to look at engagement rings. I had no idea what I wanted or what I liked when it came to stones, band, or even a color. David was so helpful during our visit. He never made us feel pressured and answered all the questions we had. David took the time to understand what we liked and eventually helped us pick out the PERFECT engagement ring. He surprised both of us as we just went into look. David was phenomenal through the whole process and we can’t thank him enough. We’re so grateful to have Shane Co as a part of our engagement journey!

    For the most part, my experiences here have been good, but I have spent my last dollar here. I purchased our wedding rings here years ago. My wife has had diamonds fall out several times and kind of made to feel like it was her fault. They ordered the same ring band in her size and transfered the center stone over to it, hoping it would fix the issue. Not much issue since then. But my ring....? It used to be black. Now it's silver. I was told it's because of the material. Why would you sell a ring where the coating flakes off after only a couple of years? Simple..you want the customer to buy a new ring every couple years. I asked if I could exchange it in, planning to upgrade considerably. The sales person said, let me look at your account. I assume to see if I was a big enough customer. He didn't tell me no right away, but instead led me on showing me rings and how to customize one on the website. We agreed I would need to spend some time online to customize the exact look I was going for. I asked how I would get credit for my ring that has deteriorated. He shrugged it off, "Yeah, we're not going to be able to do anything for you there." Then tried to hand me his card in case I needed help later. I said you can keep it, why would I ever buy another ring from you when it looks terrible after 2 years? It's unfortunate I have to come back every 6 months with my wife's ring for you to honor the warranty for when another stone falls out.
