- KWKate WomackJul 20, 20265.0I had a wonderful experience and definitely recommend Royal Jewelers! I have a ring that needed repair and didn’t know where to take it since I’m not from here. After some research on local jewelers, I decided to go with Royal and I’m so glad I did! The main reason I chose them is because it is a long-standing family owned business, which is rare anymore, especially for jewelers! They’ve been in business since the 40’s for a reason! I had a lovely conversation with Mr. Schulwolf, who assisted me and explained the timeframe it would most likely take. He also called me to confirm I wanted to move forward with the repair once he had a quote, which I very much appreciated. Robin, who called to let me know when it was ready to pick-up, was very nice as well. She even offered to and cleaned my wedding set for me at no cost, despite them not being purchased there. If I ever need another repair, and/or can convince my husband I need more jewelry, I will definitely go back to Royal!

They were super friendly and communicated well, and managed to have my ring fixed in 2 days (including polishing it to look brand new!) for a great price. Will go nowhere else for my jewelry needs after this!!!
