Very disappointed these were not delivered on the promised day. If they can't follow thru on the promised day they should not take the order.

When ordering the flowers online, I was worried they wouldn't be in white, as they were offered in many other colors. I called ahead of time to confirm they had white available, they did, and they said once I placed the order and had an order number to give them a call back if it didn't give me the option online to put in a note that I requested white or if it didn't give me the option to select a color. When it didn't give me either a note section or a selection, I simply called back after placing the order to let them know my preferred color. They accommodated everything beautifully and the person received their sympathy flowers on time. Will definitely be ordering with them again!
