  I love the Mall Saint Matthews, so much to do and see! I'm more of a window shopper but there is always something new it seems. Best thing about Louisville, in my opinion.

  I have to give a shoutout to the red-haired associate who helped me at Pacsun today! Store was packed but she still stopped to help me find shirts for my son. She mentioned they price match, saved me about $30 right there, and told me about the punch card for tees (buy a few, get one free) which is perfect since my son goes through them so fast. She was patient and so sweet through the whole chaos. Really appreciated her — hope her manager sees this!

  I go to this mall for lunch once or twice a month. I grew up in this mall. Today I couldn’t help but notice once again, the low number of shoppers. There were maybe twenty people in the entire mall. There are many vacant retail spaces and this is increasing each time I go. Yet the management has seen fit to establish an area at the food court entrance where they now charge for parking. There is an initial charge for the first hour and then a per hour charge for each additional hour. There is still free parking if you don’t mind a short walk, but I think the food court is probably the only reason many people still visit this mall. What a slap in the face. Obviously a last-ditch effort to squeeze a few bucks out of patrons, but probably another nail in the coffin. Sure, they might make a few bucks at Christmas time from the older folks who can’t walk so far, but after that… we’ll see. I hope the management will rethink this and concentrate on creative ways to get people back in the mall instead of trying to shake down the few loyal ones. Meanwhile, I’ll find another place to have lunch.

  My daughter and I were looking at these puppies that someone brought in the mall. They had told a security guard they were just socializing. They didn't ever mention they were for sale. Or tried anything. My daughter was highly upset she had to give the puppy back over and wasn't done loving it. He kept on swarming them and everyone who was looking. Saying they can't sell on the property (even though they wasn't) and can't exchange information. This is USA we can exchange whatever we want. But again they never once said anything about selling. There is so much more to worry about then people doing the right thing and letting them know people.

  Forever 3D kiosk in Mall St.Mathew. Buyer Be Aware of the bad business practice. I went to the kiosk and purchased a laser glass portrait of my aunt's 4 deceased children. I spoke with the owner and I relayed to him that I was going out of town to a family dinner for my aunt who lost her 4 children and that I would need portrait by Thursday. He assured me that was possible that I would have the merchandise between 1-3pm Thursday August 6 2026. Well my dismay I received a text on Wednesday August 5 saying the merchandise would not be delivered on Thursday that the computer update kick my purchase out of the system and it wouldn't be delivered until possibly Friday August 7. And I would have to come to Mall St Mathews to pick it up from the Forever 3D kiosk instead of a home delivery as promised. I told the owner when I purchased that I would be out of town on Friday henced why I needed it delivered on Thursday. I asked for a refund and he refused he said they do not give out refunds. I told him I no longer wanted the merchandise it defeats the purpose after the fact. Now I have nothing to present my aunt who lost her 4 children. I'm beyond ticked off I don't even want to go out of town but if I don't go I'll lose out on my money I paid for a hotel. Bad business I'll never shop there again and I'll never recommend Forever 3D to anyone or Mall St Mathews
