- MWMadison WestMay 2, 20261.0Very rude worker. An employee greeted me when I walked in who had short- pixie length hair. She proceeded to stare me down the entire time I was browsing the store. It made me very uncomfortable. I was looking at a shirt in a corner of the store and she loudly asks “Are you doing ok?” In an aggressive tone. I’m sure they have an issue with people stealing but you shouldn’t be made to feel unwelcome in a store. Why are you running this store like the navy ma’m? I had birthday money to potentially invest in Madewell but her attitude made me leave very quickly!! Boooo : /
