  Wanted to shoutout an employee in the Louisville store. A few weeks ago Olivia helped me in store and was so kind and approachable. She made suggestions on other products and items to try that I may like and i ended up buying one of the items! She really did her best to make sure she found a product that suited my needs!

  I had an outstanding experience thanks to Noelle! She went above and beyond to help me with sizing, color coordination, and placing my order. She even took the time to help me navigate my SheerID account and made sure I was able to take advantage of the medical discount, which I truly appreciated. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine willingness to help made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. Customer service like this is hard to find.   I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of my Lululemon belt bag and the customer service I received. I purchased my belt bag in March 2026 at Disney Springs store while on vacation and now both zippers have become stuck in the fabric, making the bag difficult to use. For a premium-priced product from a company with such a strong reputation, I expected much better durability. What was even more disappointing was my experience with the Quality Promise department. They refused to help because I no longer have my original receipt. Which I didn’t keep because I didn’t think I would have any problems. Even though I offered a credit card statement as proof of purchase, they would not accept it or offer any solution. I understand that companies have policies, but there should also be reasonable flexibility when a customer can provide proof of purchase through other means. I expected Lululemon to stand behind the quality of its products and provide a better customer experience. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning whether the brand’s premium prices are truly backed by premium quality and customer service.
