When I contacted them, I received friendly customer service and that was my first check that made me comfortable with continuing the transaction. Then the electronic invoicing process was easy and thorough. Expect to correspond via text and email.. which for me was convenient. But when I did call, they were responsive. They even accommodated a change to my rental request a couple days later. They texted me a week before the event and worked through the final details for my Photo Booth. The day of the event they arrived on time! They set up and took down quickly. I rented two throne chairs very good quality, Photo Booth was a hit, and the illuminated numbers added an excellent pop to the decorations! Highly recommend Limitless Rentals.
