  The store is good. A lot of variety in clothing and apparel. Just wish shoes and tshirts weren't so expensive.

  They take way too long and it shouldn’t be this long. I was in line waiting for 10 minutes, and then i’m checking out and it takes 10 minutes !!! i have places to be.

  I recently had a very disappointing experience at the JCPenney Patriot Store photo studio, and I feel it’s important to share it. My experience began with a misunderstanding. I had a phone conversation with Maya regarding coupons and ID requirements. During that call, she clearly stated that the individual associated with the ID did not need to be physically present at the store and could provide consent over the phone. Based on this confirmation, we proceeded with our visit. However, upon arrival, Kyle informed us that this was a miscommunication and that Maya may not have heard properly over the phone. As a result, they refused to honor the discount. This was frustrating—if there were issues with communication over the phone, it raises the question of why the information was confirmed in the first place. During our time at the studio, the service felt inconsistent. Kyle assisted us while also managing phone calls, and we were told only one coupon could be applied. Initially, her tone came across as unhelpful and somewhat dismissive, especially considering the confusion originated on the store’s side. Her demeanor improved somewhat during the photography session, but the earlier interaction had already set a negative tone. We booked a short 15-minute session but opted for an extended session to capture more moments with our newborn in different outfits. In total, we spent over three hours at the studio. Unfortunately, the final results were extremely disappointing. When we expressed that we were not satisfied with the photos, we were told that since the service had been used, payment was still required. A reshoot was offered, but after this experience, we had no interest in returning. Eventually, a manager intervened and allowed us to leave without payment, which we appreciated. However, the overall experience—from miscommunication and customer service to the final product—was not acceptable. I would not recommend this location for baby photography. It was not worth the time, effort, or disruption, especially when dealing with something as sensitive and valuable as a newborn photoshoot.
