I had a custom purchase to pick up but also a repair. I was escorted to a private office where both needs were addressed timely. The customer care was exceptional. I was so impressed by the gentleman that helped me, I asked for his name so I could request him next time. His response was, Hank, Hank Davis. I was so embarrassed, he’s the owner!
