  Awful experience. I brought 6 items to their store to return, all in the same original packaging. I did not realize until I got home that they only refunded me for 5 items. After speaking to two horrible “managers”, Corey & Kelsey, who told me it was “not on their list of priorities” to locate my item - they finally reviewed camera footage and found that I did bring them 6 items for return. I finally got a call that they located my missing item, but that I had to come all the way back to the mall to scan my card for a refund. I’d wasted an hour on the phone trying to fix this when my item was missing and they totally dismissed me. I also spent a collective two hours driving to the mall those two visits. No apology. This store is a joke and their clerks (not worthy of being called managers) are awful at customer service and problem resolution

  Awful customer service, we are 3 peoples waiting outside of fitting rooms no one help us even there’s one lady with brown hair she looking at us still doesn’t helped us that attitude on her face ridiculous, this location employees are not friendly I would love to shop from outlet shops, at least they are welcoming you when you come in this people doesn’t care

  I couldn’t wait to write this review….. this store had the BEST customer service Ive had in along time. Please recognize these folks. I live an hour in a half away and my son wanted American Eagle Jeans. I tried ordering online and it said would be ready in two hours for pick up, but then when I went to go check out, it only gave me the option for shipping. I called this store and it was last Sunday March 8th. I spoke to Hailey and Brad, super nice people and I was so grateful for these two. Hailey asked what I was looking for and she searched the store and had one pair. I wanted two, but I was grateful to just get one. No fault of her own, she asked if I wanted to order the other pair. She said just ask for me when you get here and I will have them waiting for you. Thats customer service you don't see much of anymore. The sales Associate when I got there, knew Exactly what I was there for. Hailey must’ve given heads up! I get to the store, Meet wonderful Hailey and my other son was with me and we were looking for another pair of pants. Then Brad walks out with a big smile and Introduced himself and thanked me for shopping their store. What management does this anymore??? I haven't seen it. Also, Hailey has another pair I was looking for in her hand. Please make sure they get recognized for their outstanding service. I know its not just me they treat like this, the whole store is like this and the store was VERY busy when I got there. I see why! My heart is still happy because of the way they came together on short notice and my son got what he wanted for his birthday. He went back the next day to this store and guess what??? He got the same helpful experience I received. I will go out of my way anytime to go back to this store and no I don't know any of them personally. I wish more people would take time to give them the good reviews they deserve. So easy to write the ugly. Lets show them how much they made someone’s day. I wont stop here.
