  I came here on June 16, 2026 around 6:30 I had two instances where employees were rude to me. I’m not the type to usually harp on customer service, I understand people have bad days/or simply don’t hear you sometimes. With that being said, I received bad customer service from two employees at this location. I was trying some leggings on and accidentally locked myself out of the room, I then asked an associate to let me back in. I was apologetic and made sure to say thank you. I was completely ignored by them, although they did let me into the fitting room. I know they heard me because I repeated myself saying sorry and thank you. The employee at the register, didn’t greet me and rudely asked if I was able to pay using a credit card. Another associate then stepped in and was able to check me out, due to some technical issues. I would like to that this employee since she was nice. I will say that I was checking out close to their closing time (6:47), but I’m not asking for exceptional customer service, just less hostility from the staff.

  I have never been to this location and felt welcome. The customer service needs work. No one says hello or even smiles. It’s uncomfortable.

  This store was clean and well stocked. Their employees were very helpful and friendly. It seems so rare to get good customer service these days that I like to call it out when experiencing it.
