  Prices are not bad at all. The staff was not helpful. They just didn't have a wide variety for plus size.in the chest area.

  i am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this store and with windsor as a company. i bought a dress at this store for my sorority formal and it was pretty enough but i just didn’t end up wearing it. for some reason i thought there was a 30 day return window so when i went to return it about 20-ish days later i was only able to get store credit because their return policy is 14 days. (that’s fine, it was my mistake for not looking into it) my experience with this particular store was just okay. the staff was kind of rude and inefficient and the store seemed highly disorganized but none of that usually bothers me. my literal nightmare of a story with their online store is where i have grown to HATE this company. i truly recommend never shopping from this store online or in person.
