  I absolutely hate shopping but Jess made my experience today so seamless! She was incredibly helpful and kind. Definitely recommend stopping by here on the weekends for her to style you!

  The place is under new management and I must say the new manager Lauren was exceptional. My daughter was crying because she was having problems picking out a dress. So Lauren came and told her to try on the one she liked and she would tell her her thoughts on it. She went out of her way to help my daughter get the dress she wanted..

  Super disappointed. Went to this location on a Wednesday evening, it was not very busy, yet we waited in line for a dressing room for over 20 minutes and STILL never made it in. Finally got fed up and left. Meanwhile, it seemed like only a fraction of the dressing rooms were being used and in one of those, another woman was constantly taking back and bringing in more clothes for someone else to try (essentially continuing to shop for the person in the dressing room while continuing to occupy it despite the line). Granted that in itself wasn’t the fault of the store; however, there was no management of this and the employees were so unfriendly. Tried so hard to be patient and rarely ever complain, but this left such a bad impression.

  Called three days in a row for closing time, they said 9pm. Drove thirty minutes to return something three days in a row and the store has been closed midday. There’s only a 15 day return window
