She explained to me the entire process of my framing, and even showed me examples of pieces she was working on that were similar to mine. That really made me know I was in good hands. I have tried other local places, but they are the best in Lexington.

I showed the guy the piece he said you’re looking at easy $100 dollars I said fine no problem then I asked if I can see what it would look like he responded you’re looking at 3 to 4 weeks I responded that’s fine as well can I see what kind of frames you make I responded he said come back ( mind you there were 2 employees and one gentleman being helped) I just wanted to a frame for the piece is what I said he responded as he practically shoved me out the door GO TO MICHAELS I responded but I want a custom frame he said Michaels does custom frames. 😂 point of the story is this place is a literal joke and I never give reviews way to go custom frames would of paid $500 guess I got to go to Michaels. I have zero clue how this place has 5 stars either friends or relatives or I just got a really really really bad employee

The ability to take a customer’s vision and turn it into a reality is unmatched. They do museum quality work at reasonable prices and within a reasonable amount of time. Plus, it feels good to support a local business. For my many projects, Picture Perfect has always lived up to its name. 🏆🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🥇
