- CPChris P6 days ago5.0Had an amazing first experience at Madewell today. I heard about their denim recycle program online and brought in several. "Sidney" was great help in finding styles and sizes that fit me. She was patient (I tried on A Lot!) and very helpful. I found 2 pair that I love.
- KSketh soriyaJul 15, 20262.0Always love coming here for the jeans and clothing and I never have a bad experience like today, i arrive like 15min before their closing, the lady was greeting me was not really nice and her face was not happy at all, not like my previous visit. I know it’s last minute I don’t want to keep them staying late either but she came up and told us they close in 4 min, and I asked if I could try on the cloth I was picking and her face was not pleased at all seem like she was not happy about my trying the cloth on or she just had a bad day. I never had a bad experience with this shop like today. Btw the other lady was help me check out was really nice. Hopefully she can fixed that attitude. 07/15/2026

Unless you’re carrying a Louis of course. It truly is unfortunate because I looove these clothes, but the customer service at the location is truly terrible. I see a different girl in there every time, and they all demonstrate the same uppity attitude. I feel like I’m in pretty woman in the worst way. Side note, the gals over at free people right next door are always friendly and treat me with kindness! Just a tip!
