    Placed an order for my mom on the Friday before Mother’s Day, possibly one of the busiest times of the year. There was a minor issue with the address and Miranda both called and emailed me about it. As I worked on a solution, the shop found their own and the order was delivered! I live out of state, but as long as I have family in Lexington I will definitely return to Imperial when I want to send flowers. Absolutely 5 stars.

    Beautiful flowers but man are the delivery drivers rude. I normally order them for my girlfriend as I don’t live in the area but they constantly slam and bang on the door as if the police. Been a repeat repeat customer and they will never see my business again.

    Once again Imperial Flowers knocked it out of the park for me! Last minute call to get a small best friend belated birthday arrangement. I asked them to just arrange with their heart using their freshest flowers and they did not disappoint! I picked it up a couple of hours later and it was GORGEOUS!! Not my first trip here and definitely won't be my last!! THANK YOU!!

    Gorgeous designer’s choice for my mom’s birthday. I requested something not too fancy, more wildflower/spring vibes, and they put together a very classy arrangement in a cute vase. We had a long drive ahead & they were able to put it in a box so it was secure.
