  Popped in to sell some duplicate copies of Manga. We looked around while waiting for them to be priced and found many great treasures, from little trinkets to a fun games. While this location didn't have a copy of this somewhat rare book I was looking for, their friendly staff was able to find it at their other location.

  Was looking for something specific, showed the large lady at the book processing counter a photo of the books, first she said they had none, then said they would be in the clearence, then I saw one behind her and asked if it was for sale, she said yes, then said they'd be all over the store. I asked her if I had to look all over the store, and she said yes. I walked around the entire store, then found an entire section dedicated to said books. The large lady clearly did not want to help or do her job, even though she was not occupied with other tasks. I mentioned it to the two ladies at the check-out counter, not one apology, nor did they even respond. Spend about $100 a month, won't be back.
