- MLMorgan LattigApr 26, 20261.0Bought boots here a few months ago. I’m a 6 1/2 they told me no you’re a 6 you don’t want the boots rubbing. I have never been rubbed by boots at a 6 1/2 ever. They don’t me they would wear in. They are the most uncomfortable boots I have ever worn. Employees do not know anything down there. $200 boots that don’t fit. Beyond disappointing

Could not locate my size while looking at jeans about 10 feet away from associates who never said hello or offered to help. Funny enough I heard the comment that the group in the store at the moment was the largest crowd they had all day. However, neither of the two associates moved an inch to help anyone. Oblivious.
