  Bought boots here a few months ago. I’m a 6 1/2 they told me no you’re a 6 you don’t want the boots rubbing. I have never been rubbed by boots at a 6 1/2 ever. They don’t me they would wear in. They are the most uncomfortable boots I have ever worn. Employees do not know anything down there. $200 boots that don’t fit. Beyond disappointing

  Stopped in while the girls were shopping. Walked around obviously checking several items I might want to purchase. Could not locate my size while looking at jeans about 10 feet away from associates who never said hello or offered to help. Funny enough I heard the comment that the group in the store at the moment was the largest crowd they had all day. However, neither of the two associates moved an inch to help anyone. Oblivious.

  I have to say I was disappointed with this store. Positives were that the store was clean and the employees were nice and helpful. But, if you are shopping for Ariat Boots this is not the store to go to. They had a very minimal selection of both women's and men's boots. This is a clothing store not a boot store. This was very disappointing to me as I went there to see their variety of boots in person and buy the ones that fit the best. Now I guess I need to go multiple store to try on all of their boots that I am interested in because ordering online and then trying to return the ones that aren't right it a pain and a loss in money.

  This Ariat location and its employees is amazing. The owner (I forgot his name) helped me pick out my first ever pair of boots almost a year ago. I haven’t stopped wearing them since. I’m making this review in hopes to get as good of a deal as I did that day ;) Ariat production is some of the most high quality apparel/clothing I’ve ever owned. I’m not going back to overpriced low quality brands ever again (I used to only wear Jordan’s/nike/work boots).
