  2/3 employees working seemed more interested in gossiping on the floor than interacting with customers and their reactions to customers walking in the door felt judgmental. The girl with the striped sweater was the only employee that even talked to me or smiled. The checkout situation was a nightmare. Checking out took twice as long as it should have because they only had one register open and opening another checkout lane didn’t seem like a priority to them. Not to mention there was literally a cart and someone’s Stanley in the middle of sales floor. Definitely won’t be returning to this location

  Amazing amazing staff! Tracy was beyond helpful, such a lovely person! The man (didn’t get his name) at the checkout gave us information about their deals, which was super useful! Saved us some money!

  Went to return an online order and buy a pair of jeans. The girl in there said she couldn't return it because the tag wasnt "attached" though the order showed the shirt and the tag was in the online order bag. I walked out without the jeans which was easily 40 more than the shirt and called AE and imagine the shock when I said the girl couldn't return it. They lost a sale and I can see why noone shops there anymore. They've lost my business.

  Thanks for the lack of customer service at this location. I really appreciated the lack of assistance and decided to shop somewhere else.
