  Bought a pair of Raybans Aviator Max's from this location Thursday 7/3/26. Moving throught the airport so I didn't inspect them for damage, you dont expect things like this to come damaged. She cleaned them up, put them in the box and I left. Saturday I took them out to wear them, going down the road I noticed a spec in them, thinking it was just dirt or something it turned out to be a tiny crack in the center of the left lense. I called this location back, spoke to the girl who sold them to me, she denied seeing a crack saying I must have dropped them. Hit dogs holler because I never said anything about them being dropped I just stated I notice they had a small crack. I called another location she said they dont do exchanges or refunds. Warning to anyone reading, buy at you own risk, inspect every inch. Dont make my mistake. All good, one day it will come back on them when they go buy something they want, they will get the same calamity/karma back.

  Amazing service! Allison was a great sales rep and manager. She answered all of our questions and helped us. She even had fantastic suggestions for each of us which influenced me to get an amazing pair of sunglasses. I would absolutely recommend this while at the airport.

  Experience date & time: 10/1/2020 12:00pm This employee should not be working for this company. I needed to buy some sunglasses for the trip & not only was she unhelpful. She turned me away twice! She did however have time to talk to her friends. There was no where else to buy a decent pair of sunglasses in the airport, she kept trying to send me to other stores instead of helping me to choose a pair.
