- DHDylan HightowerJul 6, 20261.0Honestly I'm not satisfied, and feel taken advantage of. When buying a pair of Versace sunglasses I was told they would be warrantied no matter what happened to them, even if all I had was a piece of them left they would warranty them. I was told they had a lifetime warranty (literally the only reason I paid so much for a pair of sunglasses). I ended up running them over after leaving them on the trunk of my car. Wasn't happy, but with a lifetime warranty I was promised I made a trip to Bowling Green to start the process. But to my surprise I'm told they only do 1 year protection. This was not what I was told when purchasing them, so I purchased them in January of 2025 it is now July of 2026, and I'm told the manager is out on maternity leave until further notice, and she is the one that sold them to me. Honestly the girl working didn't seem to know very much, or didn't care to help figure my problem out. But as of now I do not, and will not ever do business, or recommend anyone else to waste their money as I have.
