    Very nice associates. They were professional. The air in the store was a little too warm. It seems there is a problem with the air conditioning.

    I had the worst experience ever on 9/9/26. The store manager, Terry was extremely rude. I honestly could not believe a supervisor would talk to a customer that way. I understand working with the public can be hard. Not everyone is cut out a customer service role, but if you deal with the public you should at least have common courtesy. Well Terry, did not have that. If it hadn’t been for the sales associate, Kendall I would have walked out.
