  They did not remove any of the security tags on my items and insist that I’m the one at fault. I live out of town and have to drive over an hour to fix their error and they can’t even talk to me - all they have is AI and it’s the dumbest AI ever. I would not recommend anyone shop at this location.

  I went in with my sister and the girl Ana in fitting rooms was very helpful and honest with all the dresses she had and helped us find her perfect dress

  Went in there unsure about what outfit to get, a nice lady I think her name was Julie was so sweet and patient and helped me find what I was looking for, over a nice place employees are welcoming and helpful

  There's such a huge variety of dresses here, you'll be hard-pressed to not find something honestly. The staff was friendly, and especially Kris was great! She went and hid a dress for me until I was able to come back and get it later in the day--she's a real one for that.

  I went to Windsor to return a pair of shoes and the whole situation was honestly annoying. The employee tried to say they were worn, which makes no sense. They just had a little lint on the bottom from people trying them on in the store. There were no scuffs, no stains, and all the stickers on the bottom were still there and untouched. I ended up calling customer service because it felt unfair, and they agreed with me and approved the return. They told me to go back in, but when I did, the same employee did the return and then told me she “wouldn’t do this again” like she was doing me a favor. It was just rude and unnecessary. I shouldn’t have had to argue or call customer service over something like that. Definitely not a good experience.
