- MMMichelle Morris1 day ago5.0We love to come here. I love to watch the fish swim. Hubby and son love to look at guns and knives. We definitely could spend most of the day here. Then the candy store inside also has delicious chocolate.

We asked an employee(older female with red & black shoes) for help and directions to the restroom, but she seemed irritated. Her facial expression and attitude made us feel like we were bothering her conversation with the younger gentlemen she spoke with…. instead of being helped as customers. She spent 3hrs talking to the same young gentleman as we walked around for the remaining time we were checking out gear. I understand employees may be talking, but customer questions should still be handled politely. This experience left a bad impression.

Andrew did an amazing job putting the whole thing together and making sure Scheels matched every part of the promo. Scheels just made a long term customer out of me today! Please make sure Andrew is rewarded for his hard work. He truly seems to enjoy his job. Thanks again Andrew!

The lure was out of stock at my particular Scheels but Hunter looked it up and was able to locate some at other stores and ordered them for me. I was impressed by the service multiple employees offered to me.
