  We were buying our clothes here for a return and guarantee on them.. not anymore.. set it customer service for almost 30 minutes.. second pair of sweats we bought and they both tore out.. service agent got the one above her and then another one totally harassed me and accused me.. then they stole my sweats and threw them in the trash.. didn't give me any money back for them at all.. won't be going to Scheels anymore for warranty or returns.. so won't by be buying anything anymore based on that.. hope the manager feels good about beating me up because she's not getting any more business from me and I'm telling everybody I know

  It's a scheels good gun selection but they stopped selling Troll Co so I'll have to do my clothes shopping somewhere else.

  First time in the store. There are SO many employees to customer ratio. Pricing is similar to rei or high end boutique shops. Even the sale pricing. Its laid out like a cabellas with less animal heads or bass pro w smaller fish tank and less boats. A lot more clothing.

  Have alot of options crazy eclectic with the candy store and multi level shopping. Some employees were very helpful while others were in little 3 or 4 person huddles and stare at us. Had to ask two people where the football stuff(crazy small section) but everything was organized clean and lots of space in isles.

  I know that I am older and don't through money away as I use to. But they treated me as a shoplifter, following me closely until I left feeling unwelcome. Three individuals, never speaking feeling like I was being herded out of the store, like some animal. I have never returned.
