    If I could give zero stars then I would. My wife and I brought a necklace in to be repaired due to one of the links being broken. They sent the necklace out to be repaired and never contacted us when it came back to the store. We went to the store to check on it and they had it, but two more links were now broken. My wife called and spoke with multiple employees about what to do and ultimately she was talked down to and yelled at by the manager of the jewelry department named Kingsley. They wouldn't offer to make things right in any capacity and all we wanted was to have the damage they caused to be repaired and we would find somewhere else to get the original link repaired. Instead they threatened to reclaim the necklace if we didn't pick it up. Abysmal customer service as well as workmanship.

    Nice product, some good pricing. But they have issues with some cashes. I checked out at one amd my card worked. Went through same checkout are but the next one in line and card wouldn't work.
