  I have never been so ashamed of a delivery. I ordered a bouquet with a box of sweets to my dear friend who is recovering from surgery and when I saw what was delivered I could not believe my eyes. I paid over $130 only to see a petite bouquet in a bag in a vase with no water and the small bouquet looked like it was picked up on the way to the delivery address from Walmart. I have reached out and nobody has made any attempt so rectify or explain. I will continue to complain until someone refunds my money and I will never again use nor recommend this company. I would share photos for all to see but do not have the option.They promote 100% satisfaction guaranteed.......well I was NOT!!!!

  BUYER BEWARE. Ordered for my sister's birthday in April. The chocolates came melted and the flowers were dead. It had been 70 degrees that day. I have been trying to contact customer service repeatedly. Just automated responses and no solutions.

  Poor delivery service. Order placed to be delivered 5/11 for mother's day it was not delivered. Called twice to follow-up, eventually delivery was done on 5/14

  BEWARE OF THIS CLOWN COMPANY!!!! Ordered $150 set of strawberries and flower arrangement for our anniversary for it not to even show up.. AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY!! Switched from a company I use all the time for the strawberries for my pregnant wife to mix it up and surprise her to be completely let down. FIRST AND LAST TIME ILL EVER USE THIS COMPANY. STAY AWAYYYYYY!!!!

  BUYER BEWARE: Made a small order in the morning and paid for same day delivery. I now have to wait for the delivery the next day, not only that when I tried to confirm if they were delivering still same day they refused to pick up the phone. I even had to call corporate and they still refused to pick up the phone for corporate. I am ACTIVE DUTY Military! and I just wanted to show appreciation for my family as I never get to see them. JUST GOES TO SHOW HOW EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS FEELS ABOUT OUR ARMED FORCES! DISGRACEFUL!
