- JJJaneApr 30, 20261.0Came from Midwest because they did not have the parts to fix my machine so they recommended here. When I go in the guy was really rude and would not listen to my explanation of what was broken that I got from Midwest. He then proceeds to tell me there is nothing wrong and I just dont know how to use the tension adjusting knob. You would think I would know how to adjust the tension on the sewing machine I have used consistently for 10 years. I will never come back here again. Midwest was so kind it was crazy how unwelcoming this place was.

So, at 11:30 at night, while sewing, I ran into a problem. Oh, goodness, the new things that I had learned from the kind, fun lady who had helped me came in so handy! The tips of basic machine knowledge, things to know about, like tension and threads, were so good to remember, and of course, helpful to my sewing journey. Professional staff, knowledgeable and kind, and so helpful!!

Worked on my machine for an hour so that it would work for me until my appointment in February. The staff were super friendly to me as I waited. Highly recommend their sewing machine services.
