  I found myself short on my electric bill and was in a panic but a friend suggested i take whatever jewelry I don't wear to this place to sell. I expected rude people behind cages hustling me but I I was so wrong! The store is brightly lit the employees did a great job attending to each customer in the order we walked and were very pleasant. He weighed my ring and confirmed I saw the same weight, made the offer and then paid me with absolutely no rush. 10/10 would recommend.

  It's a good place they clean,fix,and sale som good things ano only they will make what ever u want as well but for talent like that u have to charge.for what u no but yes very good place fast and quick service

  Went in to get a quote on a small lot of jewelry to part with. We were given a fair price, and after we discovered one of the chains was actually gold, we went back to 1Hr to see if they would readjust the price accordingly, and they did. We wound up getting $300 more than the other quotes we'd received.

  I went to 1 hour Jewelry Repair to have a stone set in my divorce ring, they were incredibly helpful, extremely professional, and had amazing pricing! I absolutely recommend going to them for your jewelry repair needs!

  I've used them for some resizing of rings and some bail replacement and even engraving. They have done great work and are reasonably priced, But they are not a 1 hour jewelry repair its more like 3 days out. That's fine just means they are doing something right and are that busy.
