  I wouldn't even give them a one if it was possible. This place is horrible. Do not bring your jewelry here. They took off 2 inches from my Chain and when I said something, He measured it and said it was a 20. No, my necklace was a 22! Then proceeded to say that that's the length we lost before coming in. Mind you I did not lose anything at all!! And the white old lady that works in there... just Horrible service!! I will never bring my jewelry here ever again. Ohhh and First time I brought it it was $10 for repair second time I brought it. It was over $50 for repair. Mind you it was the same repair each time!!!! So you're going to take 2 inches off of my necklace and charge me extra????? Nah!!! Don't go here!!!

  Great customer service, best price for pawn, quick repair, top paid for gold, nice clean shop..Will definitely recommend this place n will definitely be back.
