Terrible experience!! They said the Nike shoes were stained. I wore them 3 times. They looked better than 90% of the shoes in there. What's funny is I bet if I took them in again they would buy them. I say that because I've done it before

A great shopping experience with my mom and daughter. I loved Addy at the checkout. She was awesome!

Was judged the minute I walked in the door to this place. Had name brand clothing that still has tags, but was told I need to bring them back. About 5 of them working and had the most disgusting attitude! Absolutely gross how people are these days and I'm close to contacting a news station to report just how disturbing the employees are to their customers! If only I had some meta glasses to record just how inhumane these girls were to me and my brother.

Workers were rude. As someone who works in customer service I understand being a little overwhelmed however the attitudes were off the wall even the older lady employee acted like she hated her life. Brought in good condition clothes retailing for way over $100… they gave me $20 bucks. Passed up on things along the lines of what was already on the sell rack. Very stingy and rude. Better off selling your items on Facebook marketplace or donating to a local organization. I took my items to Giving Tree they help local families in need!
