  They misprinted “pick up orders ready in two hours or less” it should say “pick up orders ready in two days or less” Employees are rude. They treat you like you’re why they choose a subpar job. KC location is much nicer.

  I was shocked to see the negative reviews. Management at corporate should take note of this. I’ve actually recently been in touch with their corporate because of a poor negative encounter with both the clerk and manager...Very rude and disrespectful. I am actually getting a positive response from the corporate office and those employees won’t be acting like this much longer... If you are a customer that has experienced this sort of behavior out of their staff then don’t you be the person that loses control you should just document the situation write their names down and contact the corporate office calmly and I promise their corporate office will do something about it as long as you have a valid complaint and remain calm.

  So many shoes! Get $10 off. I had to order, no big deal. Returns are only 30 days, but they just changed it to 90 for covid, for a while.
