Been to a couple other Smart Start locations but was really disappointed in the service there compared to the service bar Bennet Interlock set. Was advised a couple of months in advance of the location and hour changes at a calibration via a printed note they handed me. Always friendly to me and my dogs. No complaints for Bennet Interlock and their staff. My interactions with Smart Start are a different story but that is a review for another page.

Pulled over and waited 5 min before I blew. Of course failed me cause I realized I was suposto blow before the 5 min was up. This is dangerous for me to blow while driving. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
