- AGAleida GomezMay 10, 20262.0Manger and their worker Lizabeth franco is very unprofessional, she said something to my little sister and my sister had ignored her and she was next to her coworker and she just say something slick to her coworker. My older sister confronted her about it, and we asked for a manager and while we were attempting to speak to their manger Lizabeth comes and interrupts us and starts being loud and saying she never say anything over and over and acting guilty we couldn’t even speak to the manger and the manger wouldn’t even tell her to go somewhere else so we could talk her. and she was just so unprofessional. Letting your workers say snarky comments to 12 year olds is not okay at all.

They have saved my daughters multiple times shopping for last minute prom or homecoming dresses. I just wanted to say thank you ladies for being amazing! I wanted to return an online order, I was within the return window and she said she couldn’t do it and gave me customer service's number to call, even tho there were no other people waiting to check out and she could’ve easily made the call for me, which after having to ask her, she finally did call and I was able to get a refund within two minutes whereas it would’ve taken me forever to get ahold of customer service. Hire people that actually want to do what you are paying them for (helping customers).
