  Mandi helped us find our wedding bands and she was fabulous! We never felt pressured to pick something we weren’t for sure about. She was very knowledgeable and gave us all the information we didn’t even know we needed. She was fabulous!!

  Mandi is absolutely amazing to work with! She helped us with our engagement and wedding bands and found us the perfect fits. Everyone at Shane Co. has been lovely to us—answering our questions, cleaning my engagement ring in minutes—and I would (and have!) recommend them wholeheartedly. Because they don’t work on commission, you really get the space to figure out what YOU want with zero pressure.

  My wife and I went to look at replacing the diamond in her wedding ring and Janae the store manager could not have been more helpful. I bought the ring originally from Shane CO. 25 years ago, they took wonderful care of me then and somehow surpassed themselves today! We want to say thank you for all of your help and look forward to being life long customers!

  Mandi was incredible. She was extremely easy to work with and was very patient as my other half had trouble initially narrowing down what exactly fit her vibes. We also worked with “P” who was incredibly helpful and kind The process could not have been easier. Mandi and “P” made us feel right at home. I was glad to spend my money with people who care about the process, we’re interested in their customers, and weren’t pushy forcing us to purchase from them. A wonderful experience all around.   We had been shopping around at all the big box stores for a ring for our 25th wedding anniversary. Shane Co was something we saw on Tik Tok and when we looked it up we saw it was an actual brick and mortar store. Since we were traveling through the Kansas City area we decided to stop in and have a look around. We were immediately greated when we walked into the showroom and told someone would be with us in just a moment. Jack was our sale rep and he was nothing but awesome. He took the time to show us several rings of all different styles based on what my wife was looking for. He knew exactly what the store had that met the criteria and we ended up finding the perfect ring. Finding a stone was the next thing needed. Jack brought over a few different diamonds and explained the difference between them. He position each diamond onto the ring so my wife could see what the end product would look like and violâ she found just what she wanted. Our experience was exceptional. We never felt rushed even though we went through several different rings and diamonds. Jack was fantastic every step of the way. The ring we purchased needed to be sized so we had to leave it at the store but it was ready to be picked up 4 days later. I definitely recommend this business and Jack too. If you,re looking for an amazing piece of jewlery, reach out to Jack. He is going to make sure you find exactly what you,re looking for and will make your shopping experience a great one. This is where we will buy any future jewlery and Jack will definitely be the sale rep we ask for each time!
