    Tera was amazing in helping me. My husband and I had originally worked with another sales person and decided I wasn’t in love with how it turned out after picking the piece up. Tera was so patient in helping me reselect something that I adore, spending at least two hours to help make sure it was perfect!

    My girlfriend and I came here to shop for an engagement ring and received excellent customer service. We were greated immediately on coming in, and Tera spent lots of time with us over the course of two days (while also attending to the many other customers who needed assistance) going through various options from beginning to end. She did an incredible job and helped us find the perfect ring. I highly recommend Shane Co.!

    My husband and I purchased our wedding rings from your company because we believed we were investing in quality jewelry backed by dependable customer service. Unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. Within the first few months of owning my ring, I had to bring it in multiple times because the metal warped and did not adequately support the center stone. Thankfully, those issues were repaired. Shortly afterward, however, my family received military orders and relocated, making it impossible to continue visiting the original store. 2 years later, after my ring lost several stones, I contacted customer service to arrange repairs. That was when I learned our warranty had been voided because we had not brought the ring in for the required annual inspections. I asked whether there was any accommodation for active-duty military families who are frequently relocated through no choice of their own. I was disappointed to learn there was no military provision whatsoever. Equally disappointing was that the customer service representative came across as dismissive and lacking empathy for our situation. Military families often relocate every few years, and many of us purchase jewelry to celebrate significant milestones like our weddings. Requiring in-person annual inspections without any flexibility effectively excludes service members from maintaining their warranties, despite circumstances beyond their control. I hope the company will consider implementing a military accommodation—whether through extended inspection deadlines, inspections at any company location, or an exception for documented military relocations. It would demonstrate a commitment to supporting the men and women who serve while standing behind the products you sell. I would welcome the opportunity for the company to reconsider my warranty status in light of our military orders. I truly hope this feedback leads to a better experience for future military families.

    I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at Shane Company. My husband and I went in to purchase jewelry, including a customized ring for me and another ring with significant sentimental meaning for him, featuring four diamonds to represent our four children. During the purchase process, the sales associate calculated our expected monthly payment using a basic calculator instead of the actual financing tool provided by their credit vendor. She confidently gave us a payment amount, and we relied on that information when deciding to move forward with our purchase. Imagine my surprise when the first bill arrived and the monthly payment was approximately $140 higher than what we were told. When I contacted Shane Company, I explained exactly what happened and even requested that they review their security cameras to verify the interaction. Rather than taking responsibility for their employee’s mistake or attempting to find a reasonable solution, I was simply told the only option was to return the rings. Unfortunately, my ring is customized and cannot be returned, and my husband understandably does not want to return his ring because of the deeply personal meaning behind it. The most disappointing part of this entire experience isn’t the mistake itself—people make mistakes. It’s the complete refusal to stand behind what their employee represented or make any meaningful effort to resolve the situation. Customers should be able to trust the information provided by sales associates when making significant financial commitments. If you’re considering financing through Shane Company, I strongly encourage you to verify every single number yourself using the actual financing system before signing anything. Don’t rely on verbal estimates, because you may end up with an expensive surprise like we did.
