  Ordered a 580.00 bow sight from online the package came in not only had it been opened its used and was missing the direction sheet and half the case it comes packaged in and it had been installed once before would return but i have to have a sight on my bow tomorrow Wont order from scheels again online had heard good things but im disappointed

  UPDATE: VERY nice on the return and didn’t have any issues. I was very nervous but they did me right. Thank you! I just bought a holosun 507C and opened it and there’s no site inside of it. It’s Sunday and they are closed now. I can’t wait to spend my time Monday trying to convince these people that I didn’t take it out… Nothings like being super excited for something and opening it to this….

  Store has a great selection and the clothes are top tier; however, the short young Asian girl working the fitting rooms has a bad attitude and acted exasperated whenever asked to unlock a fitting room door. Luckily an older lady helped us out with what we had picked out already. Was going to pick out multiple more items but decided it wasn’t worth it to deal with the young girl any further. Company lost out on atleast an extra $500 from us today if not more because we then decided to just move on to another store to continue shopping.

  I had a great experience at Scheels Overland Park and will definitely will be back in the near future! This was my first time in the store and they having an amazing selection of items from clothing to sports gear and everything outdoors. A special thank you to Max Tate in the firearms department. Max was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything thoroughly, and helped me find exactly what I needed without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. As someone who values great customer service, Max truly stood out. His professionalism and willingness to make sure I was comfortable and informed made the experience enjoyable and gave me confidence in my purchase. The checkout staff was equally friendly and efficient, making the entire visit seamless from start to finish. I'm also looking forward to taking the discounted class that was offered, it was a great added benefit and shows that Scheels is committed to helping customers continue learning and building their confidence. Thank you, Max, and the entire Scheels team, for such a positive experience. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend both Scheels Overland Park and Max Tate to anyone looking for exceptional service!

  I've shopped at this location every time I'm in the area, but after my recent experience, I'm not sure I'll be returning. I went to Customer Service to return an item that had been scanned incorrectly. Unfortunately, my experience with Miranda was extremely disappointing. She appeared distracted by another customer's very long receipt and didn't seem focused on resolving my issue. After processing part of my refund, I reviewed my receipt before leaving and realized the return had not been entered correctly. When I went back, Miranda was still occupied with the other receipt, so Carson assisted me. He wasn't sure what had happened and asked Miranda to explain. Instead of helping, she blamed the mistake on me, was condescending, rude, and seemed completely uninterested in resolving the problem. I asked to speak with a manager, but Miranda simply walked away. Carson told me he could help and that there was no need to get a manager. When I asked for the manager's name, I was told to look at the TV screen because all of the names displayed were managers. I never received the name of the manager on duty, and no one made an effort to have a manager speak with me. After multiple transactions, including additional returns and another purchase, I left hoping that my original refund was finally processed correctly. The one positive part of my visit was Carson. He was courteous and genuinely tried to help, even though he wasn't able to get a manager involved. Miranda, however, should receive additional customer service training. Blaming customers, speaking to them condescendingly, and laughing during a customer interaction is unacceptable
