- RRRedBullKC1 day ago5.0Terrific spring good store with so much to offer under one roof! There's so many sections to choose from! The Excelsior takes you to the 2nd floor to a Lego store, and full of camping supplies and guns galore, and much more! The initial greet walking in is a massive aquarium that's nothing less than fascinating! Endless clothing, shoes, gear and so on! The best thing we did while here, was sit down to eat a quick meal! The pizza was outstanding! We took the time to savor the food, choose candy, and digest our meal! We'll visit the ice cream next time! Impressive in every way possible! It was well worth the visit, and we'll be back soon!

They canceled my order but only refunded $98 of the $99 I paid. After arguing back and forth with their terrible customer service, I'm going to just "donate" that dollar and never shop at any of their locations ever again.

Service there usually goes, well above and beyond so thank you Scheels. However specifically I would like to give Jayden, at Overland Park, a big shoutout in the gun department. I walked in knew what I wanted, with no pistol knowledge, and he made the process very easy. If you need a gun go to Jayden. Dude is a wizard. Thank you Jayden for the help and advice on pistols.
