I LOVE the Plato’s Closet OP location!!! It is always so organized and I never fail to find great deals there. I always look here first if I need a last minute outfit for anything.

Best Plato’s to shop at and sell to! They take my top brand items and pay good prices. Best selection of clothes for all seasons ALL year round! The most friendly staff too! The manager, Deb, always makes sure to ask how I am doing when she doesn’t see me for a while 💖❤️💖❤️💖❤️💖❤️

So I went to sell my clothes here and they gave me like 30 dls yk I don’t mind igs but they didn’t even show me what they were taking from me like they typically do, n I gave like lululemon n figs so I would assume they would be selling the pants for like 30 and the figs like 20 each so I don’t even know how they calculate even after they were saying about being picky. Plus the brown hair lady got an attitude so idk. This store is definitely something bc I’ve been to the lee summit one and they are way nicer.

Tried to sell/ donate items and the process was so hard… they explained nothing, didn’t answer my questions too well and I didn’t know what to do so when I asked if I was good to go the lady said yes… after my 30 minute drive home I get a text saying I have something to pickup at the story, when I called asking what they said my money that I have to get before the day is over or I don’t get it. None of that was said in the store, the rest of my day is full and doesn’t have time for a 30 minute one way drive. So overly ask questions about there process, and know everything has to be done in that same day or they keep your clothes and money. Better yet go somewhere else.
