  He comprado en otras ocaciones hasta hoy , ayer compré unos tenis a mi hija ,antes de pagar pregunté a la chica si los podía devolver si no les servían y me dijo que:si,tienes 7 días. Hoy voy a devolverlos me dice q zapatos no admite devolución,le expliqué lo q me dijo la el día antes ,la excusa fue q la chica era nueva . En fin como lo pone el recibo,q nadie los leee.. me tuve q quedar con los zapatos . Q están tal cual habían salido d la tienda .

  Recently had the worst consignment experience of my entire life at this Plato's Closet location. They gave me back the incorrect bag of items after my buy (looked like another Ikea bag there apparently) and then when I called in the next morning, claimed they knew nothing about it. After a prolonged investigation that involved checking camera footage at another consignment store to see if my bag had been switched there, I narrowed it down to definitely happening at Plato's. After calling back again a day later, they said 'sorry, it was donated!' This store lost hundreds of dollars worth of my items including multiple pairs of Adidas Sambas and I have zero recourse. Absolutely maddening and I will never again darken their door.

  This is the best Platos closet in the entire Kansas City area they have great brands and up to date style. The staff and owner are super nice! The prices are great!

  The Overland Park, Kansas, location of Plato’s closet is irregular and highly inconsistent. To add insult to injury, the Manager leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to interactions with customers. This is the only Plato’s location that has irregular buying hours across the board. This is also a location that is curated poorly both in the condition of clothing and style of clothing. All that said above, if you live locally, I recommend other resellers or other locations of Plato, such as Mission, Lawrence, and even Topeka. Please note that the other reviews are synonymous with most people’s experiences.

  WOULD GIVE 0 STARS. first timer. . . left my bag a mess, am missing items, singular shoes gone too, employees said nothing was taken or bought. . . said items were old and stained, , , nearly all were NWT, all employees were young, immature, rude, dismissive, and not helpful.
