  All the girls working in the kids shoe department were amazing (Gaby especially). My son got his first pair of shoes and they spoiled him. Him and his sister got balloons, he got a photo and a stuffed shoe horn. 10/10 customer service. Thank you ladies for making my baby feel so special!! 🫶🏼

  So I really can't stand when a place markets itself as a luxury experience and treats its customers like it's a a low budget, no name establishment or worse. Allow me to explain. I saw a beautiful dress at this location. I tried it on but the top of the dress had molded cups and I wanted to make sure it could be tailored prior to purchasing the item. I sent a photo to my seamstress and she confirmed it could be altered successfully. I then contacted the store and asked that the item be placed on hold for pick up. The morning of the planned pickup I called the store as soon as they opened to confirm the item was there and let them know I was on the way. I called, and called, and called and the operator kept transferring me to the Dresses department, the phone just rang with no assistance. This occurred 6 times. I finally got a lady on the phone after letting the operator know how upset I was. This woman acted as though she was "put out" by having to assist me. She then said she was in the process of doing three other things and would need to place me on hold. I was cordial and agreed to hold. I had the phone on speaker while I was doing some other things myself. This woman had the audacity to leave me on hold for 26 minutes and then comes to the phone, says "hello" once and immediately hangs up. At this point I'm livid. ALL of this just to pick up a Dress - RIDICULOUS. I then called back and asked to speak with a manager. Of course, the manager wasn't available and I got the "assistant" manager. I thought she would turn this experience around - what a joke. She asked that I send her pictures of the dress and I obliged. She assured me she would follow up and not to worry. Well.... she proceeded to text me about 30 minutes later informing me they'd sold the dress. Needless to say, I'm thoroughly upset now. When I inquired as to how that could happen when I was assured it was on hold. She stated it was sold on a "web" order and nothing is truly ever on hold at Nordstrom. The tone of her communication was short, curt and unempathetic. She then stopped responding and never even apologized for the experience or me being provided with "misinformation" by the initial employee(s). Their business practices are terrible and unethical, customer service is HORRIBLE and they're lack of concern for their customer is ALARMING!!! I planned to wear this to a very special occasion. I know it's a material item and with the climate of the world not a major crisis. However, it was such an unexpected and honestly trifling outcome of a customer experience that I won't be returning, except to return other items I purchased for a prompt and complete refund. In conclusion, please make sure you're spending your hard earned money where it is truly appreciated and respected. This isn't one of those places. ✌🏼

  Ordered some mother of bride dresses to try on .. super easy process... Had shipped there, tried on and what I didn't like they shipped back. Highly recommend and the girl in the department was amazing... Forgot to get her name.😕

  DO NOT BUY FRAGRANCES FROM HERE… Versace Eros EDT 3.4 oz is $135 here. You can buy it for $60 at most Walmarts. Same size and everything

  If you need your face done for a special event I recommend Jared Beauty Stylist for this! He is literally a makeup specialist he will hook you up! 10/10 highly recommend!
